Pumpkin Patch

WE had a great time at Uncle John's Cider Mill! If only it had been warmer...........It was only 45 degrees.

The day was filled with searching for that perfect pumpkins, riding the little tractors, and don't forget those YUMMY donuts and cider. Right, Papa? Thanks for coming with us Grandma and Papa!

My Baby is One today!

This past year has flown by. We celebrated Hailey's 1st Birthday with our neighborhood family. Thank you all for sharing in our little girl's special day.

Tulip Time Parade

Ok, I know it has been a long time since my last post, but here it comes. Alyssa marched in the Tulip Time Parade again this year with her Baton class. We had a beautiful sunny day. The kids did great, even with the long walk back to the car. Of course, I think the snow cones, elephant ears, and the other goodies helped motivate them.

We spent New Years' Eve downtown GR. Got to watch the Griffens Hockey Team win and see an indoor fireworks show. Afterwards, we took a short walk to see where the 1st ball drop was going to take place in Grand Rapids( our mini-New York celebration). We stayed only a few minutes and took a couple of pictures. 10,000 people, cold temps, and tired kids - we couldn't wait to get home into our pjs.
